It has been a long and grueling year getting ready for the West Coast Doll Show! Now we’re only mere days away! I can’t believe just how fast this “Doll” year has gone by.

 

I’m not going to lie. It was tough! Many sacrifices had to be made in order for this to work. Since this will be my first time vending in a doll show, there was so much more I had to prepare for. No one prepares you for the idea of having to be a production manager, inventory specialist, designer, accountant, web designer, social media specialist, photographer, marketing manager, and SO MUCH MORE! Time was the biggest struggle. Not having enough. But somehow it all came together beautifully!  

 

I’m so incredibly excited to launch my own baby carriers “TenderNest™” at the show! I know everyone will love them. My plan was to create something user-friendly. Lightweight, easy to wear, and pack away. Great for all ages and most sizes. TenderNest™ doll carriers have been tested to fit comfortably on persons up to 220 pounds. Possibly more, depending on body type and personal preference. TenderNest™ was designed just for dolls and stuffies, so I intentionally kept the design simple – without excess bulk – while still being thoughtfully handmade. Made for children, caregivers, and anyone who values soft, uncomplicated play.

 

No snaps, buckles, buttons, or clips. Made in mind for easy use, especially for people with limited fine motor skills or strength. Simply slide the doll or stuffy in the pouch, slip the adjustable straps over your head, through your arms, and tie the waist strap in the back. TenderNest™ was created with comfort, ease, and accessibility in mind. (Inspired by my Mama, who had Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis). Accessible for all ages and abilities. Made for gentle hands un-complicated and frustration free!

For this years line up at the doll show, I have created twelve dolls. Nine I have available on our website for you to take a sneak peek at. One will be a donation for the raffle, and two are top secret that will be announced after the competition has closed on Saturday at the doll show;)  Remi, Manuela, Delilah, Jezebel, Ellie, Nikolas, Macie, Christopher, and Elijah are ready to find their forever homes! We will be temporarily closing our online store while we head to the show starting February 20th. But, will be open and resume normal business once we return on March 4th, 2026. We thank you for the patience and understanding while we are away;)
