RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

All Sale items will be considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in any original packaging. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. 

You can choose to have a store credit or refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that refunds/credits are for the amount paid for products Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

Alz’s Nursery LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of some product(s) we can not accept returns such as bloomers, toys, pacifiers/clips or any other item(s) of that nature, downloadable items, gift cards or REBORN DOLLS. A reborn doll isn’t just any baby doll, it’s a work of art. I do not accept returns as each doll is created unique. Having their own features or characteristics custom made. Countless hours were put into adding layers of paint, rooting hairs/eyelashes, weighing, and delicately putting your baby together to make it just right. Care for your reborn as you would a piece of delicate art. 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at: ginger@alzsnursery.com within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, missing, you received the wrong item or if you simply decide it is not something for you. Past the 3rd day of delivery, items can not be returned or refunded. No exceptions. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or use.

REBORN WARRANTY INFORMATION

*Be aware that the more your baby is handled and or repeatedly changed into new outfits, the more it will cause friction on the paint causing the baby to get shiny, loose color or paint over time and/or potentially causing rooted babies hair to break or fall out all together. This will NOT be covered by the artist. Any paint touch-ups or re-rooting services needed due to handling will be at an additional charge to the consumer.

 

REFUNDS

Late or missing refunds- 

If you have not received your refund yet, check with your agency used to make the purchase (bank, credit card company, PayPal…) Normal processing time does vary depending on the agency used to make the purchase, before refunds are posted. If you have done all of this and you have not received your refund, and/or refund is NOT PENDING, please contact us at:
